An independent register, kept in public
Official NDIS pricing and supports data — queryable, traceable, always linked to the source.
SchemeTrail turns official, public NDIS pricing and supports documents into pages you can query and cite. Every item page shows the official document it came from, with the dates we fetched it and last checked it. SchemeTrail is a monitoring aid for professionals working with NDIS-related public information — it is not a compliance service and it does not give advice.
Built for plan managers, ndis bookkeepers, and provider finance and admin teams.

What this site does today
- One page per support item in the current official catalogue: price limits (national, remote, very remote), unit, and effective dates
- Every item page shows the official document it was extracted from
- Records when the current catalogue was detected and last checked
- Parses the official file with automated structure checks; when a check does not pass, nothing is published from that file
What this site does not do
- It does not interpret the rules or give NDIS, legal, financial or clinical advice
- It does not assess invoices, plans, budgets or individual circumstances
- It does not tell you what to do with a support item or invoice
- It is not affiliated with the NDIA or the NDIS Commission
